Follow Sea Hope
If you click on the above link, you will be taken to a tracking page from our weather provider. The initial page shows the boat's location (the red dot) and wind data. If you click on "satellite" in the upper left corner, the wind data will be removed. This page will show Sea Hope's position updated hourly.
An alternate way to view where the boat is to click on this link. This will take you to a page that follows us using our Automatic Information System (AIS) signal. This is a VHF (line of sight) signal that is picked up by shore stations when we are within range. Frequently we will be further out to sea than the signal can reach. The primary link above uses satellite connectivity so we will always be in range of that.
We are planning to leave Seattle around August 25th and the transit to the Gulf Coast should take about 40 days ending around October 7th. We are planning stops in Coos Bay, Oregon, San Diego, California, Ensenada, Mexico, Puerto Chiapas, Mexico, Balboa, Panama then through the Panama Canal and onto the Gulf Coast.
Please follow us as we travel....and pray for us.
